
To be eligible for return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unopened
- Unmarked
- Unused
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
We will not accept returns for any opened packages except in very special cases.
How do I return?
- Reach out to our customer service agents via email at support@tempobaby.com
- Provide your order number and email address as well as date of purchase
- One of our support agents will reach out to you with directions via email
Faulty items
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Can I exchange my faulty item for another?
We will only do an exchange if the product is faulty. To do so, we will have to first receive the faulty product so we can trouble shoot and test. If found to remain faulty, we will ship out a replacement within another two business days.

Refund policy
Here are our refund stipulations:
- We will refund to the original payment method. Each refund will include 20% restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customers can choose to receive store credit for their refund
