Ways To Make Night Time Baby Feeding Easier

Night time feeding takes the cake for being one of the toughest parts of baby care. Be it as it may, there are ways to make this rather tough duty somewhat easier.

Double- Up:

Set up a bottle prep area in your room or nursery. This way you have all you need within your reach and do not need to travel each time your baby wakes to have a meal.

Low- Lights:

Your baby is up to eat, and maybe play too. All the same, it’s a great idea to maintain a night time atmosphere for several reasons. For one, it helps to not completely awaken a half- awake baby and it also lets a fully woken baby know that it’s still bed time. Keeping the lights low may also be a great idea if you have other toddlers in the room so as not to awaken them to the party. However, if you realize that the dim lights do not allow you transition to a fully awoken state, you can brighten up the room.

Mama Items:

Have some items for mama. Not all night time feeding moments will go as planned. You can have some snacks handy and some water or juice to drink. If you love reading, a little book to read when the need arises will help. Just be ready for when baby says it’s “Night Over”. Instead of sulking, join the party prepared.
